Clark Properties specializes in the property management of 40-plus single-family homes and apartment units located in Peoria, East Peoria, Pekin and Delavan. We also offer two vacation rentals: one in Osage Beach, Missouri, and the other in Park Rapids, Minnesota.

We have over 15 years of experience and pride ourselves on renting solidly-maintained, competitively-priced units and being responsive to tenant needs. We offer a wide range of rental options to meet different needs—and budgets.

We accept Section 8 vouchers offered through the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development (HUD).

Clark Properties has a property manager on staff, as well as a dedicated maintenance manager available 24/7.
